Getting Started with TEIRAC
TEIRAC is a premium project management intelligence platform designed to transform raw data into actionable insights. By centralizing schedule health, budget utilization, and risk visibility, TEIRAC empowers project leaders to make informed decisions in real-time.
1. Access Your Intelligence Hub
Begin by securing your workspace. TEIRAC provides a robust authentication system to ensure your project data remains protected.
- Sign Up/Login: Navigate to the login portal. If you are a new user, create an account to initialize your personal dashboard.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): For enhanced security, visit the Settings page to enroll in MFA. This adds an essential layer of protection for sensitive project metrics.
- Profile Customization: Update your profile in Settings to include your department, site location, and timezone. This ensures that project updates are contextualized to your specific role and region.
2. Navigate the Command Dashboard
Upon logging in, you are greeted by the Command Dashboard, a high-level overview of your entire project portfolio.
- Real-Time KPIs: Monitor critical performance indicators across all projects, including:
- Average SPI: Track your Schedule Performance Index to see if your portfolio is ahead or behind schedule.
- Budget Health: View total budget vs. actual spend at a glance.
- Deliverable Progress: See the aggregate percentage of completed milestones.
- Status Visibility: Quickly identify projects that are On Track, At Risk, or Delayed using the color-coded status badges.
3. Launch Your First Project
To begin tracking a new initiative, click the + Add Project button on your dashboard. TEIRAC captures both qualitative and quantitative data:
- Project Identity: Define the project name, tagline, and a high-level overview.
- Performance Baselines: Set initial metrics for SPI, budget totals, and total deliverables.
- Site Zoning: Categorize projects by specific site zones or locations for better filtering and reporting.
4. Manage Project Modules
Each project has a dedicated workspace housing specialized modules for deep-dive management. Navigate to a specific project to access:
- Task & Action Tracking: Manage Task Lists, To-Do items, and Action Plans with assigned owners and due dates.
- Financial Oversight: Track budget line items and estimates to prevent cost overruns.
- Risk Mitigation: Log potential risks, assign impact levels (Critical, High, Medium, Low), and designate risk owners to ensure proactive resolution.
5. Accelerate Data Entry with Smart Imports
If you are migrating from legacy spreadsheets, use the Import Data feature to populate your project modules instantly.
- XLSX Compatibility: Upload Excel files directly into specific modules like "Budget," "Task Tracking," or "Risk Tracking."
- Automated Mapping: TEIRAC processes your spreadsheets and maps them to the system's structured database, saving hours of manual entry.
6. Analyze and Report
Utilize the visual progress bars and status notes within each project page to keep stakeholders informed. With TEIRAC, "Project Intelligence Redefined" means you no longer just manage tasks—you master the metrics that drive project success.
